I originally put this in the wrong forum, Residence Questions.

I'm in the research process of building a new PC specifically for SL. I though I read some where that SL doesn't exactly react well with dual core processors. Can anyone verify this?

I'd like to know before I begin to buy components.

Thans in advance.

Nah SL has issues with some Dual cores, but trust me youll neeever go back to single after getting one.

Most are easy to fix anyway, set affinity to one core if it gives you issues, seems to depend on motherboard or OS tho , i dont get jittery on Vista, but when im on XP it is.

Highly recommended

3ghz+ dualcores
2gig ram
6800-7900nvidia 256/512mb

Thats pretty much what id recommend now, dx10 8800 card is out but SL wont do jack with it anyway, not for a long time.
