sense the last update second life seems to be crashing every couple of hours. I was woundering if any one else has been experncing this. worse when it dose crash. it stays there untill I force quite.

I haven't had any problems. I am running SL on my 15inch G4 Powerbook.

people tell me my fountains are cool, come check them out at JesAma Fountains, Alviso (190,45) or if you arent in SL try Gigas (secondserver.net) or SLBoutique to shop for my products.

I was oke till now, i am crashing many times, not to the desktop, but its like SL stops responding, there were more people with the same problems.

My OS X experience

Hi. I am running on a 15inch G4 Powerbook.
The one thing I've really been noticing is I have a high packet losses (~10% at times) when on the Mac, which I don't get when I play on my PC.
But no crashes, but I am running a fairly clean system.

Is the Avertex Vertex Program box checked in Preference under Options? If it's checked, uncheck it, if it's unchecked, check it. See if that helps. I don't really understand what that does but it seems to solve some problems toggling it.

April and others on a G4 PB, what are the specs of your PB(How much RAM) and what kind of FPS are you getting? Is it choppy?
