Deleting Cache Switch

Can someone tell me the delete cache switch and where to put it? i saw this mentioned in a forum reply but i cant seem to find the entry..its a switch to empty the cache automatically when you start up Second life...

The delete cache key is in your preferences under Network. Although i think you have to do it manually when you log in, it doesn't just auto do it, and it also requires a restart :)

SecondLife.exe [options]

So find you SecondLife.exe file and add on whatever you want the option to be where it says option.
