Textures not loading

Since this morning, textures have stopped loading for me in most places, and extremely slowly in others. I stood in my house for three hours and the ones that I applied this morning never loaded. Changing the textures does nothing. Relogging, teleporting, nothing. I haven't heard anyone else complaining of this problem; is it just me or are others having it and just assuming this is par for the course? I have a project I need to get done by Monday, and this has cut an entire day off of the time I had to do it. If anyone could help, it would be really appreciated.
