You are paying for a service.

Assuming that all the terms and such (sys reqs) are met, the people being paid for the service are Legally Required to provide that service.

Therefore, does making the service (game) unplayable breach these terms?

i.e. Legally, must LL work fully towards reproviding the service for premium account holders?

yes, in many ways. But you may not being paying for the service you think your paying for. Read your license agreement.

Just on a basic level the Lindens are not providing the service, a game that works, at the moment regardless of the agreement.

In anyone terms that is a failier to provide the service that everyone is paying for!

I've seen so many of these threads, no one is forcing you to pay for SL, and you can quit any time. If you don’t like what’s being done make some comments at the next meetings with the Lindens, or go work for them. Am I annoyed with some of the bugs / performance issues? Yes. Do you really think this thread is going to make a difference? No. This is for Technical Issues only, if you have a spcific problem (which has probably already been discussed) then you will hopefully get an answer.

That may as well be but at the moment it's a matter of hammering it home that there is a problem with sl as myself as I really don't feel listened to by the Lindens!

That’s a great technical issue Luther, really appropriate for a Technical Issues forum. Can someone please move this thread somewhere else?
