I tried to submit a ticket, but since I'm a basic account, it seems that I am not privy to the luxury of ticket submitting.
I had rented land that was on a weekly pay scheme, and disappeared for a week (RL issues of course). I came back and understandably, my landlord had tried to return everything to my inventory. I went to check my lost and found, and nothing was there.
I went to check my trash can, and nothing as there.
I went to check my objects, and nothing was there.
I even opened up all of the "packaged objects" that contain multiple objects in a sandbox and none of them contained what I had on the land.
I had over 30,000 $L worth of furniture, housing, photo studio assets on that land. Where is all of my stuff???

Looks like you tried most things suggested for this issue. Try clearing your cache also. You might try setting a date on your inventory search (show items newer than xx days) and see what shows up.

I have my inventory set at date, but its still not listed there. There has to be something that can be done, I would really really really be sad if I lost 30k $L worth of inventory!

I hope that I am not effecting you by saying this:
I once had and issue just like yours, but with only 1 Object...It said it was sent to my "Lost & Found", but in fact it wasn't, and I never got it back! It wasn't that important, so I didn't care about it. But I hope that what happend to me, won't happen to you, and you will be able to get your items back.

I never got my items back and not one Linden responded to my post. It is so disappointing. I've tried clearing my cache, different viewers, and what not, but still, the returned inventory never made it back to my inventory. Someone PLEASE help.

Return is, and always has been, unreliable unfortunately. Sorry this happened to you . In some cases returned items suddenly appear in Lost and Found after a few days or even a week. Sometimes they can come when LL does a sweep through the inventory servers to restore "misplaced" entries. There is one thing that could be done, but the chance that LL would agree is practically nihil: save the sim's state, rollback to a week ago, let you pick up all of your items and "rollfoward" to today's last state. They'd never agree to it though (the rollback part is fine, it's the restoring the current state afterwards they'd likely have a problem with), so it's nothing to even remotely hope for, and it would have to be the sim owner who makes the request and he/she's may not want to have the sim taken offline for a few hours just to get that done.

When Linden took sl off line for several hours last time, I found every one of my folders empty and got this advice in an email from them Clearing Second Life's cache
Second Life uses hard drive space on your computer to store data, including a list of items in your inventory. If this cache becomes corrupted or your Viewer did not completely fetch your inventory, items in your inventory may erroneously appear to be missing. In many cases, your items are not lost and will reappear after you clear Second Life's cache:
1. Go to Edit > Preferences on the menu bar 2. Click the Network tab 3. Click the Clear Cache button 4. Exit Second Life 5. Log back into Second Life 6. Wait in place for 5 minutes; Second Life needs to reload much of your previously cached information.
Region issues
The Region you are in may be experiencing technical difficulties, especially in high traffic areas. This behavior can prevent you from rezzing items from your inventory. If you are unable to escape to another Region, exit Second Life and log back into a different Region:
1. Go to Edit > Preferences on the menu bar 2. Click the General tab 3. Turn on the option Show Start Location on Login Screen 4. Exit Second Life 5. Launch Second Life, but don't connect yet 6. Enter Sandbox Newcomb, or another known Region name, into Start Location 7. Click Connect
Try to find a Region with a low Traffic score and relatively few objects- such Regions generally experience less strain, and are less likely to exhibit symptoms like inventory loss.

more Sometimes it may appear that you have lost part of your inventory because outside forces can prevent Second Life from displaying your inventory properly. Remember: common solutions and search techniques can often solve a case of perceived inventory loss! Connectivity problems An unstable Internet connection can lead to apparent inventory loss in Second Life. High packet loss may cause your inventory to be unable to retrieve a complete list of items from Second Life's servers. Wireless and satellite connections are unsupported for this reason, and other types of connectivity may yield similar results. There may be a temporary problem with Second Life or your connection to the Internet. If the list of items in your Inventory usually loads without incident, temporary inventory loss may go away within 24 hours. In addition, clear your cache as described in Clearing Second Life's cache, logout and then log back in and look in your Inventory Window to see if the items have reappeared. Inventory Item Count The Item Count in the Inventory Window is not always precise. It represents the number of items that have been successfully downloaded to your Viewer. Thus, if the number changes does not mean you have actually lost or gained inventory items. If you notice the number has dropped significantly and the Viewer has finished fetching your items then try Clearing Second Life's cache, logout and then log back in and look in your Inventory Window to see if the items have reappeared. OTHER TIPS & TRICKS How many items are in your inventory? Keeping your inventory tidy is always a good idea. If your inventory has more than 10,000 items, the list of items in your Inventory may fail to load in a timely fashion. To make sure your inventory loads quickly and properly, go through the list of items in your inventory and remove any items no longer needed. Mine did turn up eventually after a few days so did not need to take it any further, but if you put a ticket in this is what you would get as a reply
