Upgrading to premium acount with $L's??

Is it possible to upgrade to a premium account with $L's?? If not is there a way to turn L's into your US Dollar balance without a premium account??
The problem is when I try to upgrade and select the account I want(premium yearly) then click upgrade, it just takes me to a blue page, nothing there. I have no credit card on file, but I use paypal as my payment option, though I want to use my Lindens$ to pay for the upgrade.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Did you ever buy any L$ with your PayPal? You can sell L$ with a basic account, but you do still need a LindeX trading limit, which only starts the first time you use your payment info.

Easiest way to check: https://secondlife.com/currency/describe-limits.php and check which column has the highlight (probably either "0 to 1 days" or Level 1). If you're already at Level 1 you're good to go . If you're currently at "0 to 1 days" you'll have to buy some L$ in order to get the clock running and it'll be another 14 days before you can actually sell any L$ .

Assuming you're at Level 1 you'd just sell enough Lindens to have US$72 in your balance with LL. If you upgrade to premium yearly at that point, they'd just take the $72 out of your US$ balance and you're all set.
