Issue with buying Linden dollars

Hello,

I'm having a problem with buying Linden dollars. Maybe someone could help me.. I hope.

Anyway, I wanted to buy for 20$ with my credit card. I am absolutely sure that my credit card is valid and working, perfectly in order from any angle of looking at it:P
So. The error I get comes on confirmation screen and says:
We are unable to complete your request.
• The system encountered an error while processing your order, please try again.

I did try again. Like 10 times. I have all the card information right, I haven't exceeded my limit, I read the billing support, no ideas...

I'd be very grateful if someone could tell me something about this.. solution, hint, thought, whatever. Getting a bit frustrated.

Are you trying to buy them in game or from the the web sight?
I bought from the web sight Saturday and it worked fine for me that way.
I read in another post, someone said to delete your credit card info and re-apply it.. I'm not sure if that will work but it's worth a shot :)

I'm trying from website. Thanks for the tip, I'll try that. Even if it doesn't work, it's still worth the shot I guess.. Does it reset the days of card though? Wouldn't be happy to go back to 10L per 24 hours.

EDIT: tried it nonetheless. Still won't work. Called the bank just in case, my card is working fine.. hmmh..

Thats been happening to me for the last 5 weeks now, We are unable to complete your request.
• The system encountered an error while processing your order, please try again....seems to be another issue the Lindens are brushing under the carpet, but for how much long ?..what other major gaming online organization leaves issues unattended...i bet Microsoft wouldnt allow this to go on, the way it has been ;)

Sliding a bit offtopic here but..

I was playing one other game before this (well, still am but obviously less hehe) and I thought they have serious customer service issues. But now I think they're not that bad at all. No offence to LL or anything, just that so far my game experience has daily issues. The game crashes, grid is down, can't buy Lindens.. ehhh...
Well, I'll just wait until my friend comes and ask him to buy me money and transfer. I feel a bit better knowing I'm not alone with this matter though. Despite the bank assuring me that everything is fine, I was still paranoid the problem is me. Hope they won't charge me for those 10 times of trying lol.

I have not been able to buy Lindens from the game at all. So, I have been buying them from the SL Exchange because I simply have no other option. I have had no problems with them until tonight. I bought $66300 Lindens and none of it made it to my SL account. I logged on to the game to see if they arrived but they didn't. I checked the transaction history...nada. I went to my club and the dancers were not able to receive tips nor were any money transactions able to occur. I am guessing my $250US is gone forever.

I swear, Linden Labs is begging me to quit this game.

Gaven Miles: if you bought from SL Exchange, the L$ should goto your slx account first, if you are having problem, you can contact slx support.

if its lindex, you should send in your support ticket. 250 isnt a small sum.

Linden finally gave me the $60K today. SLExchange was nice enough to reimburse my account the $66300L, although the website is currently disabled so people cannot move Lindens to their account because...*get ready for it*..."Withdrawal to Second Life is currently disabled. This is most likely because Second Life is down."

Go figure.
