Just a heads up. I just received an "auto response" to my trouble ticket about the Lindex... basically the "blah blah blah" it's a PayPal problem but we are working on it... standard canned answer stuff, but my concern is this: When I clicked the link to the SL Support page that was embeded in the message, I was hit with a security warning that the site's security certificate did not match and had been issued for another website... Um.. ok... that's never a good thing... so I start browsing the email's source... turns out the link that appears "https://www.secondlife.com/support" in the message ACTUALLY attempts to link to "http://www.parature.com"... Ok, so now I know it's not that SL has been hacked... now I know that THESE are the idiots who have sold LL on what passes for "customer support".... but WHY would they, or more specifically LL, allow URL masking in their messages, knowing the user base they are working with? Why do it at ALL, for that matter, but when you KNOW you have people who are going to be watching stuff like that... LL, DUMP "Parature".... their CS model clearly isn't what you should be paying for...
