Garmisch bit it about 10 minutes ago and isn't coming back up. Anybody know if they have automatic monitoring and notification? And better yet, anybody know how long it usually takes on an early Saturday morning for their on-call person to get in and fix this? *stands at sim border looking into the void, tapping foot*

When a sim crashes, it often automatically returns. If it doesn't after 30 minutes, then contact a Liaison who can pass the information along to the right person. To find a Liaison, hit the Find button, select the People tab and search for Linden. The are scheduled 9 AM to 11 PM PT each day and stay an hour later on Friday and Saturaday.

Thanks, I did check for a Linden, but nada. 2 hours isn't bad that early on a Saturday morning. We are back up and running. Thanks!
