Need Immeditate Assistence!

I have a HUGE technical problem
I cannot do ANYTHING
As soon as I log into Second Life, I am in this are which does not let me do ANYTHING

I cannot walk, I cannot Teleport away (It does the 'request teleport' screen, then it stops before reaching half way, and puts back to the original scenery and shows a red beacon where my requested teleport SHOULD have taken me.), it says i am sitting down, though I cannot stand up. I am in an Unknown area, as in, it says 10, 10, 10 Unknown. I am unable to search for other places, or people, or groups, or anything. I cannot view my avatar, I cannot send IM's (though I can receive them). I am thoroughly TRAPPED in this area!

The area itself is incredibly dull. There is the image of water at the top, and rocky beige terrain down below.
The attempt to log into a different region from log in did not work.
I attempted to bypass the 'log into my last area' by putting in Ellingson. However, I loged INTO Ellingson then was pushed down into this area once again.

PLEASE!
Any Help is GREATLY Appreciated! I REALLY Like this game and I want to keep playing it.
I just spent ACTUAL money on this, and having to create a new character because of this is going to prevent me from enjoying it.

Hi, firstly did you have this problem before or this your first visit to sl.

Also is your system requirements up to the sl list. And is your graphics card in the system requirements as most dont work on sl.

this is very weird - i had that problem only once but it fixed itself on its own the second time i logged in, by choosing the option to log in to the home destination
did you try that?
if not, try to contact the support at Linden Labs - they will know for sure

I am having the same problem right now am not new to sl been here a year as soon as I take 1 step all my prims go up my ass I get automaticly teleported to corner of my land and I cant move .This is happening everytime I log in tryed 10 times now.

I have submitted a special ticket but my guess is it will take a while for them to answer
so I guess its pay or dont play time.
