This happens, sometimes the asset server is feeling underfed and it eats things, unfortunately it's residents inventories from time to time. Once you do a clear cache, I'd find a nice quiet, empty region and force a reload of your inventory. This can simply be done by using search, and this is done by typing something in the box at the top of your inventory window like "neko" (no quotes). You'll see a total item count start counting up at the top of the inventory window and as it finds stuff, it'll appear.
Hopefully they'll show up, if not IM the creator and just explain what happened, 99% of the time they will help you out by giving you replacements on no transfer items, as they know you aren't trying to scam them. Good luck!
