Disconnection problems

I'm disconnected often. For no apparent reason. I've got fine packet loss and what not (It's less than 1%). A message comes up saying the server has disconnected me, or something like that. But doesn't give any reasons why. And obviously, I want to play. If I can't get it working, I'm gunna have to cancel my account. But I'd really like to get into it, it's fun from what I've gotten to do so far. Could anyone help me figure out my problem? The Live Help couldn't do much, and neither could the technical support webpage.

Could you post your SL log file?
Its found in "C:\Documents and Settings\<account name>\Application Data\Secondlife\Logs" and named "SecondLife.log"

What type of internet connection do you have? How do you connect to said connection (directly, wired network, wireless, etc)

I've got a direct cable internet connection. And I'll post my log file both here and in a new thread...if I could find it. I don't have any such folder or anything.
