Is anyone else in secondlife having problems when they get imed in game as in.. it doesnt go to your email and its setup to do so? And if it does come its 9-10 hours late.

Yeap, I got two email msgs today, around 2 hours ago, and I got them IW last night around 7pmish, so thats about 18ish hours :rolleyes:

Yup, same here. There was another thread about this suggesting that the mail server's send mail queuing is hosed...

Oh no. I sure hope they don't pull a Nextel (Text messages between carriers arriving hours late or all at once at 3am). I don't really rely on IM-EM that much, but it's nice to have. A way to reach others outside the grid.

Now for a web-based messaging client.

im only getting mine with a huge delay, over 24 hours, its only been a problem yesterday and today so far.

I sent an email to support pointing out the problem but have not heard anything. It seems to be more than two days now but I have not heard anything official about it yet. I wonder if this effects other IM <> RW communication like GOM, SLechange etc.

I submitted a bug report about this two days ago. To date, nothing but the automated reply. I replied again this morning asking if this was being worked on.

OK guys we can rest easy now that linden lab is doing their best to get this up and running for us! My girlfriend sent in an email and here is the reply! Good job linden lab way to stay on top of things!

That was not a bug report, although we did send those in also me and my girlfriend both sent in emails to linden lab =)
