new laptop issues/help

I am trying to fix an issue with a friends laptop to run SL. Is there a different install for Vista? Can it run on this system? The laptop is an Acer Aspire 5315

Here are the specs...

Intel Celeron proc 530 - 1.73GHz, 533 MHz FSB, 1MB L2 cache
256MB Mobile Intel GraphicsMedia Accelerator X3100 (graphics card)
2GB Ram
Windows Vista Home Basic

Every time i launch SL, it initialzes the world and then crashes.... Please help, as my friend is suffering from SL withdrawls....
