Mainland Sim is not visible, but TP works

Since the update the Cabera sim is not visible from the surrounding sims, but you can TP in and out of it.

The Cabera sim has no "Child agents" even though surrounding sims have people in them.

Even stranger is that IM's go to email while I am in the Cabera sim.

I would enter a support ticket, but I generally get a response weeks after the problem is fixed.

Is anyone else having this problem?
