Hello:
Thanks for your inquiry. Sometimes, when our database reaches a very
high load we do have to restrict logins beyond the queue system and the
logins do fail without an error message. While we are working on a
better messanging as well as fixing the database load issues, the best
advice I can offer is to try back in 15 to 20 minutes when this happens
and it should be resolved.

You guys keep telling me to keep trying. Well I've been trying for hours
now ... it worked. Once. And promptly crashed-- which it normally never
does on my system. So now I keep trying again... ?
If this keeps up I'd like some form of day(s) refund to my account
because I pay way too much for this crap.
