Sim crossing problems

I've been trying to get into the Milyang sim, but can't tp in. Went to a nearby sim, and could not cross by foot or flight.

Logged into the sim directly, got Ruthed , and found streaming content doesn't work there. Could not tp out either.

Logged out and back in to a different region, de-Ruthed and healthy.

Submitted support ticket, but wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue.

Quick response to the support ticket.

Region restarted, and all is well. (or as well as usual )
