need someone to test a sculpty

before i go ahead and make a Jira ticket I'de like to throw this out and get some help from people. I'm having some troubble with sculptys and I need someone else to test this for me to make sure that its not a problem souly on my end.

when i preview/upload a sulpt map the model has a huge seem in it, changing the object type dosent help and I'm to the point where i consider this a feature blocker as far as bugs go

below is a link to an MA file wich contains a model i'm working on. its a very simple shape which abides by the modeling convention of the average sculpty. packages with it is a screenshot of my results (in both preview and rezed prims) and the sculpt map I created from the geometry.

I'de simply like someone to export their own sculpt map from their computer and preview it and post a screen cap of the preview so I can tell if something is up with my system.

Tried yours, works for me ,
exported a new sculpt map 128x128 size also work

*Yellow is your bmp map
(converted to tga before i uploaded tho)

*Green is my export from the .ma (also .tga)


Preview didnt work on either >.< it showed a black image and nothing else, might be my cache tho, but it still worked without the seam hole

Could it be cause its uploaded as bmp?, i never use those only .png .tga

blablabla its to early for me : p mess up post, im not sure how your sculpt is spose to look like but you see the above pics.

well the shape is more or less what its suposed to look like. I usualy upload it as a TGA myself i just decided to re-export it as a bmp (default).

what do you mean you rotated it by 90°? the prim the UVS or the texture? I rotated flipped and messed with that thing for well over an hour and still didnt get those results. i got the screwed up one that you posted but not the ones that you showed.

thanks for uploading it too ^^; i was just hoping for a screeny of the preview window... no one can say you're not through hehe

EDIT: well i think i managed to get it. I rotated the texture by 90° (offset by 256 when at relitive size to 1024) I still got the bad preview though

not sure whats going on with this. in my opinion it still merrits a Jira ticket but its not as serious. the preview is no longer an accurate representation of the sculpty...
