So it seems of late (i'm not sure if it is this update or not) but when I save a snapshot, my avatar seems to be darker then he appears in the viewer. Is anyone having this problem or is it just me?

one POSSIBILITY here...

Is your SL gamma 1.00, Nexeus? If it's different than that, then when SL's open, images will not appear with the same brightness when you view the resulting .BMPs and SL is closed.

But, I noticed you said it's (just?) your avatar? Does unchecking/checking "Avatar Vertex Program" in the ADV. GRAPHICS part of PREFERENCES make a difference?

And do you have two clear snapshots you can compare here, side by side? These are, after all, pictures... thousand words and all that.
