I've been experiencing this issue for the past couple months - looking to see if anyone else is too:
Essentially, put a parcel of land up for sale - check the "Sell all objects with land" checkbox. If you come back days to a week later - the checkbox seems to be unchecked all on its own.
I'm thinking this box is getting unchecked with a Sim Crash or other downtime - but I can't confirm that.
So far, I've submitted 5 bug reports on this since July 30 with no reply yet. I'm trying to troubleshoot this myself since QA seems to be pretty backlogged. A telephone call into support this morning showed that they still haven't gotten to any of my reports yet. I'm going to see if I can replicate this behavior on the 1.7 preview grid as well - since that probably goes down often.
If anyone else has seen this issue, and has more detail to add - please - reply to this thread!
Thanks!

I'm trying to sell a small plot with a house on it, but every few days when I go back to it, the checkbox is cleared. I don't know what causes it. I tried changing the auto return from 0 to 1 minute in case people putting stuff on the land was affecting it, but no change.

Fixed in the (30) build of 1.7.0 - Yay!
