Well SL crashed, then all the sudden the stupid thing wont start period. It will load the window will pop up, then it crashes before I can even see anything in the window load. It said something about XPCOM and memory or something, so WTF is wrong now? It was working fine before.
Sorry if this sounded rantish, but I'm kinda pissed -.-
Plz help or respond or something..

One easy thing to try first...............reboot. I mean a cold boot............shut windows down, shut your computer off, and wait at least 10 seconds are start back up and try again. If you get SL to load and get to the log in page, go to edit, preferrences, and find clear cache on the network tab. Clear the cache and do the okay thing and shut SL down again. Wait a few seconds and restart. If that works fine. If not then uninstall SL and go back to the website and download a fresh copy of the game and reinstall.

if you are lucky enough to have a second hard drive, reinstall there. If not then you are in the same position as me, screwed  I hope the Lindens fix this quickly, very frustrated here! |
