Can't uninstall reinstall and OTHER issues

Ok so I don't know if its my computer going whacky or what, but here's the run down LOL

I log on to SL and all that loads for me is my hair and necklace. I get all theses boxes saying couldn't load this part, couldn't load that part etc etc. Sooooooo I ask a live helper, they say uninstall reinstall. So I go to uninstall and guess what, it ways the file is corrupt, can't uninstall... so my question is this A. has this happened to anyone else that you know of and B. is there a way to solve this without having to reformat the whole computer?????


Its annoying as hell and until the last update I had no other unusual problems.... HELP

Probably happened if you shut down your computer improperly, IE cutting the power, holding the power button until it turns off manualy, power outage. Usually those are common causes for corrupt files. Anyways have you tried just installing over SL and uninstalling?

Sure have same thing.... I am gonna have to wipe out the whole thing huh??? I hate computers sometimes LMAO and I miss SL, think I could be addicted HAHA Am trying Hitman Pro to see if I may have a HUGE mess of viruses attacking me... any other suggestions???? Am willing to try just about anything
