i am realy desperate and wanted to ask youre opinionm and advioce for the following issue.
I wil copy paste the ticket i wrote to the lindens about this in here to hopefully make it abit clear.
I hope that some one can give me some advice on how to solve this please.

Summary: Wrong billing
Details: Hi , i wrote some tickets before about my lost group name , after 8 days of trouble i decided yesterday to sell all land that i owned, from my group to myself again to try to get the problem with my group name solved.
As you can see in the included ticket number.
So yesterday i setted the 3 parcells for sale, and had alot of trouble doing that because a robot avatar stole the land(1 parcel) from me, after a few hours i could buy it back from the bot owner.
So i bought it back and own total again 4.608 m2
like it was the day before and before.
But now i look in my account and see that you(youre computer) have made my tier level up to 40 dollars now?.
So please change it back because i onley own what i owned before i sold it to myself as you can see in my account the error is that the parcel the last wich was stolen stil exists as deeded to a group(my group) but it doesnt exist wen you look in the parcel details.
So please again change it back, and about the group name problem , its stil the same even after i re bought it
.I hope to hear from you so that i dont need to be concerned about the next bill date(i cant affort 40)

Thanks for your reply.
You have donated Land to 1RC Group (467m2). If you remove this donation you're maximum billable land will be 4608m2. Currentlt your billable land is 5075m2. Once you have removed this donation, please reply to this mail and I can readjust your billable usage. All land donated to groups also incurs fees.

it is realy not there Kevin, as i told before i owned 3 parcel (deeded to me as group land) as due to group name issues i sold that same land to me so no more group but just the the same land in my ownership without anydeeding to a group as you wil see on the website under the page groupland wen you klik on the parcel name wich you say is deeded it wil say this parcel is not found.
So i am realy right about this.
So Yes please undeedd the not existing groupland and make it mine again (lol wich it is already).

9/25/2007 9:17 AM PDT Reopened 1Roger_Cortes Cortes Hi , once again i tell you that if you looked it up right you wil see that i REALY DONT OWN that land wich is donated to a group.
As you look in my group land you wil see that the parcel dont exist.
So PLEASE read what i write and look what i say , there is no parcel deeded to a group !, the parcel wich is deeded to a group is not existing so it is an error.
so you are bringing me in deep trouble wen i need to pay more then i am needed to.
So please look at this once again and look if i deeded land to a group and if it stil exist.
You wil find the error and see i,m right.
I onley own 4608 m2 and nothing more.
So i wil not pay more then i am needed to simpley because i cant pay for something wich doesnt exist.
Wen i look at group land on youre website i see under the parcel wich you claim is deeded:No Parcel Found.
As you go look there then you wil see it is an error.

9/21/2007 8:50 AM PDT Provided Complete Information 1Roger_Cortes Cortes Hi again, i wil explain it again as you looked in my account you wil see onley 3 owned parcels 3 parcels wich are mine all the time o due to problems with my group name i sold all to myself so i own 3 group parcells wich i sell to me, then i dont own 3 group parcells but 3 parcels (in my ownership)so 3 minus 3 = zero,
0+3=3 so i onley own 3 parcels.
So i dont know if you looked in my account as i explained before also , the error is in the group land wich is THE SAME parcel as the owner land by me.
So you are realy making a big mistake here , with saying i own 5075.
while i onley own 4608 as you wil see if you look in my account and land ownership list.
Also wen you look in the group deeded land list you wil see that parcel(error) wich is owned twice (by my group and me)
So please again solve this isue ,

So as you can read above i tryed to explain several times that i own a parcel (deeded to my own group) wich doesnt exist.
I also gave 3 pictures of the screens of the pages on their website to show them the error but it dont help.
Please anyone some advice for about what to do?.
