HI all

I'm a Tech Support guy in RL (PDA Specialist actually) trying to help out a co-worker with a legitimate business interest in SL. Our Network group is not completely against this but is otherwise occupied at the moment.

He has installed, connects and works normally at other locations but has trouble only on our work Network. Specifically, he can log in from here and move around a bit but Teleports lag out and crash him. I have asked him to try Teleporting within a single Region and to try walking across a Region border to narrow down the problem.

Obviously, our Firewall is going to be a large part of this issue and I am working on that angle. In the mean time, is this a known bug? Any suggestions on security settings, anti-virus scanner conflicts, port issues, etc that might cause this behavior?
