Hello

I just noticed, than when I walk near water, the sea disappears and it shows only grey area. This happens if you look the sea in an angle like to north west, not directly straight like to north. I have reported this as a bug, but I would like to know does anyone else experience this and is there some kind of a graphical setting to fix it?

Well, I put now 192m to draw distance, and the sea is now correct. I reduced it back to minimum that is 64m, but the sea is still ok. Yes, but the sea has not been grey all the time. I will see what happens in the morning.

I noticed the following now. It was about 6:10 pm pst SL time at evening. I saw that the sea was grey. I had teleported near the sea after rolling boot. My graphics setting was drawing 64m. I adjusted it to 128m, but nothing happened. Then I adjusted back to 64m, quitted from SL, logged back in and the sea was normal.

I own a fairly large protected area of ocean front on the mainland and alot of times the water (other than that on the Linden Gov land in front) 'disappears' at times (Maybe the tide goes out (smirk)) and its highly annoying. by judicsious use of CTRL-ALT-SHIFT-7 and jumping off the pier and flying back out I can get to come back sometimes.

I paid a good bit of lin for this beachfront...I'm a bit annoyed the water is not alway there..

Cheers
