NSIS Error Downloading New Update

'The installer you are to use is corrupted or incomplete. This could be the result of a damaged disk, a failed download or virus. You may want to contact the author of this installer to obtain a new copy.'

Apparently, the message I received while downloading this file, re-download, re-installed, same message.... what's going on here?

I got this message when I used the auto-updater, but manually downloading the file seemed to work fine. Anyone else see anything?

Manually downloaded several times. Still got the error when trying to run it.

I loaded up IE and ran the .exe through it to get it installed. It installed fine with that method. (I couldn't use auto update because I had uninstalled completely SL due to a crashing problem I am having since the patch which I am still trying to pin down and cure)
