This post shouldn't even being here. But I've no other way to contact live chat support. When I click to get live chat support, it keeps on directing me to KNOWLEDGE BASE. I know you guys are busy, but please Linden, if you ever listen/read to me here, fix the link ASAP. I need to contact support but I couldn't.

Are you basic? If so, no live chat for you.. Are you premium? If so, no weekend support for you (or me)..  Dunno about conceirge.. Think they get a 24/7 phone number.. |

I'm premium and I found Kyle Linden in-game but he/she told me to go to support page which is not working (I've been doing that after the support maintenance is resolved. That's why I try find Linden in-world, else I wouldn't do that) and ignored me thereafter.
It's 1 way communication here, I need LL to check what they'd overcharged me for my land use fees which the system had credited 2x of same amount, one after another within 1 sec apart. I have 6 more days before they take action to "ban" me from login.
