Why cant I give away pictures any longer???

Why cant I give away pictures any longer... or prims?? They are NOT locked or changed from the default prefs.. nothing done more than I took a pic.. or made a prim..

I take pics to share with friends..

I do prims as it are a part of my SL life,.,

Without this SL are nothing.. OK close to nothing...
