Has anyone ever had an IM chat & later wanted to review it? I did, so I looked in "Chat History" to find everyone elses comments except mine!

I have "Include IM in Chat History" toggled on. Perhaps I should clarify my previous statement: From: someone ...I looked in "Chat History" to find everyone elses comments except mine! Other peoples IM comments appear, but my IM comments do not. Maybe a new bug? Maybe unique to the Mac Beta? dunno... Thanx for the reply...

Maybe it's an intermittent problem...? I'll keep checking my "Chat History" & keep this thread up for now just in case others have noticed this same quirk & would like to comment.

When in a group IM chat, what you type into the IM is echoed into your chat history channel (if you have turned that preference on). But with person-to-person IM chats, what you type is NOT echoed to your chat history (regardless of preference settings).
I feel this is wrong, myself.
Also, anything you type into a different chat channel (eg: /123 test ) is not echoed to the chat history.
I feel that too is wrong.
