Hello,

When I connected to www.secondlife.com this morning, I was asked about a cookie from srv.perf.overture.com. Why is second life's website requesting cookies from a different domain?

My only guess is due to overture.com being a search-engine optimization company.

They have probably purchased keywords on overture.com and are setting a cookie in order to track conversions.
