Crash on launch

Hello,

Im trying to get into secondlife im a little anxious to get on and start playing the game.

However when I attempt to log in and launch the game when the game attempts to load quicktime it crashes the game and exits out...

Any idea what might cause this?

update your quicktime drivers, restart pc, and try then, could be alot of reasons for this tho, really need to know more about the pc.

Likly reason video card.
