I made a couple outfits earlier and noticed that the luvly little "Make Outfit" button in appearance that saves everything together in a folder is grey'd out o.O. Anyone else notice this...

After we released Second Life 1.12.1 many people saw avatars with either gray or white “missing image” outfits. Second Life 1.12.2 contains code that fixes some of the problems but not all. We have a final round of fixes being tested now and it will ship in our next major release. Details and potential workarounds below. From: someone There are two known issues with this release:
- The “rename all items in folder” option found in the Appearance “Make Outfit” feature has been removed from this release, but will return in a future release. Do not refer to the the "Make Outfit" button being grayed out. I couldn't find anything else remotely related in the blog about this problem. I read the full articles anyway just in case. I am new to sl and I am thinking perhaps it's some thing I need to do, a setting maybe? I just started making clothes using textures so it's become a real pain not being able to make outfits for my new clothes. I have tried in different zones, tried tripping naked, tried using some of my existing outfits and modyfying them. I have run out of ideas. Any help, suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated. Been this way for a few days now. Please note I have been signed up with sl for 12 days so pls be gentle  |

Doing Help / Release Notes from within SL produces the following: From: someone * Temporary disable "Appearance > Save As" and "Make Outfit" while a permissions issue is being fixed. This was done for the reason described in the blog entry. The blog entry line "- The 'rename all items in folder' option found in the Appearance 'Make Outfit' feature has been removed from this release, but will return in a future release" is misleading but not exactly innacurate; the "rename all items" option has been removed by completely disabling the Make Outfit function.
