I check at the top of the screen and it says the grid is Online, so I messaged my friend through my MSN and I asked her if she had n e problems logging on and she had said she didnt. She alsot informed me that I was on SL but I told her i wasn't even logged on. I would be grateful if someone could help me resolve this issue. |

Also, you might try turning your modem, router, etc. off for a few minutes.

It sounds like what is sometimes called a "ghosted avatar", which can require having the sim where the system thinks your avatar is in being reset. If it's a private sim you can contact the sim owner or sim manager about getting the sim reset. If it's a Linden operated sim and you are a premium member you should be able to use the Live Help or Live Chat or whatever it is called. You can also file a support ticket. I believe this might be an issue you can file a support ticket for even if you have a basic account.

If you know any Linden staff personally you might try contacting them.

I'd paste the URL but it's a secure site so it won't copy. You may have to log in to get the the proper page.
