Hello,
Ever since Uni I cannot connect to the world.
I would guess this is due to the Port being blocked. Seeing as the Proxy server is not working what are my options?

Maybe I should rephrase.
Ever since I have moved away from my previous residence I am unable to connect.
The University do not care what happens, they allow pretty much anything accross. Im using this in my residences by the way, not on the Uni campus
