Inventory automatically accepted

Anyone else have this problem? you get an Email saying someone has given you somethng and to log in to accept. Howver you log in to find no choice and the item is already in your inventory?

Kinda annoying since folks might not have gotten the email, and the IM might fail and so they don't realize they've gotten something, a notecard w/time sensitive information, perhaps?

So that means:

IM's fail (individual/group/group offline esp.)
Emails can be delayed
Notecards cannot be dropped on someone as a secure "back up" method of communication

hmmm

Does that mean we need to stay on 24/7 in order to relay info?

Annoying, problematic, please fix!
