what do you do when support has failed you ?

I have a problem with the sim where I rent land. I am an IT support engineer in real life and after testing I know these problems are sl side and nothing to do with my connection or pc .The sim constantly jumps and when it does the server light on the lag meter goes red .I have customers complaining and have tested with friends that have the same problems here.Also im fine everywhere else in sl well as fine as sl gets anyway lol so there has to be a problem with this sim after 4 days the linden dealing with my support still wont do anything and says there is nothing wrong here but the facts speak for themself .So what do I do ? I feel like Im completly wasting my time with support.


Ok well after 3 weeks of jumping and 4 days of support trying to get this fixed I log in today it has been fixed even thou I was told there was nothing wrong and nothing was going to be done ? I am hoping it was the support that fixed the problems but it could have just been somone removing an offending script but at the end of the day its been fixed thats all that matters .
