When I thought nothing else could go wrong

With all my crashing problems I thought ok, I will deal with it seeing there isnt anything that anyone can help me with and perhaps just perhaps that the next download might rectify the problem everyone seems to be having. Wrong!!!! Now with the addition to the crashing everytime I teleport to a new designation my avatar has turned into a little person. I have downloaded the 1.17.2.0 praying that maybe this might help. I have tried to delete the new install and download it again but still the same looking avatar. I have gone into appearance and stayed there for some time but still come out looking like a little person. Is there anyone that might be able to help me with my new problem?

You can try rebaking your Avatar's textures. That sometimes works.

Ctrl-Alt-D will open the Debug Menu

In the Client menu, go to Character. In the Character menu go to rebake textures (I think it is the last thing on the menu).

This sometimes helps; it also cures the dreaded tight pants syndrome. I will do this after every TP sometimes.

Try clearing your cache, relog and let SL rebuild it. If thats too slow, open your inventory, type in '1' into search and you should see the 'items loaded since last logoff' rise.. after a while, your shape/skin etc should all snap back in.

Thankyou for ur suggestions they have worked, now I wish that this crashing problem was just as easy. Its really getting fustrated either getting logged out, or crashing on teleporting. Please Mr Linden, work on the problems on hand before working on what new problems that might arise, like voice.

What i seeing in this client is "1.17.2." "RUTH" occuring more offen. rebaking is not helping. reloging a few times is the only way to fix this totally LLABs Loved BUG!. I swear LLABS "RUTH" because it keep showing up again and again and again.
