Anyone know if there's a way to limit access to a sandbox or sim to people over x number of days?
We've been noticing a lot of griefers will make alts just for the purpose of griefing. The alt is often on it's first day and never has any groups, and yet the avatar will have all kinds of fancy clothing and toys.
I don't object to alts, but I'd like to make them put more effort and take more of a penalty for griefing when they get caught. Requiring them to plan ahead at least a few days before they use up an alt might do that.
Is there a built-in way to do this already? I'd hate to have to resort to using a security system, since it will merely use up more resources and the ejection function only works if one of the group is online.

There are several security orbs out there that can do that. Just set it to check for the age you want, and to eject with a warning.

From: Kokoro Fasching There are several security orbs out there that can do that. Just set it to check for the age you want, and to eject with a warning. The ejection script function doesn't work unless the object owner has perms for the land and is online. If the object is group owned, then at least one person in the group has to be on AND have permissions to eject. Sort of defeats the purpose. If we're on, we can manually eject griefers. But I was asking about if there was any existing functionality in SL now for this. Writing a security system and adding more lag to a sim isn't what I was looking to do. Thanks for completely ignoring the part where I said "I'd hate to have to resort to using a security system, since it will merely use up more resources and the ejection function only works if one of the group is online."
