when i log into SL the process stops on "verifiying protocol version" and following that i get a message saying "unable to connect to second life. the system may be down. please try again in a few mintes, or click help for advice and a link to the system status webpage"
has any one else had this problem? please help me thanks all

maybe the system is down, if thats really not it, uninstall and reinstall

Secondlife usually get stopped there because of a firewall, or port blocker is stopping SL from seeing its servers.
