I have no idea where to go for help getting this resolved. I sent 500 L to her and she did not get it but my account is down 500 and my account history shows the debit. Anywhere I can go for help?

You can do a Live Help request. I had something similar happen once, and it was taken care of fairly promptly by a Linden.
It'll get worked out... |

Did you look on this website, under my account, transactions?
It will show more detail and say who you sent that 500 too, as if you don't have it, someone does. So check this website, my account, transactions, then you can see who you gave it to. http://www.secondlife.com/account _____________________
