Inconsistent lighting (since last update?)

Has there been a lighting bug since the last update? I'm getting splotchy surfaces during sunrise/sunsets. This persists well after it gets dark & never updates.

I have an amd 2500 and BGFTech geforce 6600 GT OC 128 mb.

another thing that might be of interest... one time the objects that didn't light up properly actually became invisible when i moved away from them several meters & returned.

Floors that were previously improperly lit were still there but were now unseen, could stand on them.

That's a known bug (at least I assume it's known, it's been around for a while, won't hurt reporting it again though). IIRC it's a problem with updates rather than the lighting.

Often you can get prims that are lit wrong to update by alt-zooming on them.
