Anyone experiencing packet loss since the patch? I never had more than 0.1% probably ever and now im getting a nice 5-6% all the time. Hoping its just my connection tonight, but theres never been a problem before...

Hi Ramus,
Yes, I have been having horrendous packet loss, like in the 70-100% range. Started just after midday (my local time), and was like that till I logged at 6pm (local time again).
Spoke with Live Help who told me it had to be on my ISP's end, and was simultaneously talking to my ISP who were saying it had to be at SL's end.......so who knows. I know my traceroute was showing ping times of 278 at San Fransisco.
Hoping much the same, that it was just today.

Same for me, today. Been going on in bunches of hourly increments, now have been bad since 3:00 this afternoon (three hours). Same situation with ISP & Lindens blaming each other.

Guys, it could be your ISP or the grid .... or any router in between. Dropped packets can often be caused as networks in between you and your destination experience problems. I haven't seen any problems myself but I'll have a different route to you guys. I'd suggest just waiting it out ... sorry
