Question about map Landmarks

I am not real sure this is the proper place for my question i am sorry if its not but here i go.

On the right hand side of our map we have landmarks it opens a window and a drop down menu apears. My problem is this, even tho i delete landmarks in my inventory (and empty trash of them) they do not leave that drop down menu. So what has happend is i now have in some cases 10-15 of the same landmark(yes i kid you not). The question? Is there a way to delete the land marks in the drop down menu?

Some places include a landmark when you buy an item, so you might have landmarks in other folders. Try to do a search of your inventory for the name.
