Friend cannot retrieve password

My friend hasn't been able to get his password sent to his email for weeks. He's retried the process a few times but hasn't received the email steps so he can't play at all. Tech support didn't help him either.

So he's stuck without playing, what can he do to start playing again?

Get a free account with another name so he can play until it gets straightened out. Call tech support on Monday.
