For some odd reason I start slowly turning to the right. No keys are pressed, and it also happens when I'm in another window. I can watch it happen in the window behind this active window even. Anyone have this happen to them?

No. It sounds like a problem with your mouse.

I've seen this happen when your UI scaling is not at 100% and it is also relates to the exact width of your window. Sometimes when you start miocving the mouse and stop, it keps turning. It's some kind of rounding problem with the SL UI's mouse handler, not the mouse itself.
Changing the UI scaling or widening the windo by like one pixel can stop it.
