Its a free download that will display your Frames-Per-Second in a corner of your screen. Unlike the SL one that is rather large and crowded with other info, FRAPs displays only your frame rate so its pretty unobtrusive.
The paid version of FRAPs allow you to make movies of your in-game experiences very easily, and has other features as well. Here's the site: http://www.fraps.com/ I'd stumbled across it by accident and just wanted to share the info. Cheers to all. _____________________
