Bought land but never got it

Heyas :)

I've bought some Land yesterday using the dollarsign at the top of the screen.
Clicked buy and the amount of Lindendollars got deducted from my account.
A minute after that the secondlifeserver(cluster) crashed and i couldn't reconnect.

A few hours later, when i was back from work, i've tried to log in again. Worked.

I've then seen that i don't own the Land but payed for it. There's even a transaction log in the database that i "bought" it.

I've mailed the customersupport but just got replies which indicate that it's my own problem and that they can do nothing even with the log :|

Wonder what i should do now

Contact the previous owner of the land.

Did you buy land on a private sim (you pay tier to the sim owner) or on the mainland?

If it was the mainland then do put in another support ticket, although generally they'll just take the L$ back from the seller and refund you instead of actually giving you the land.

If it was a private sim then you are indeed on your own and have to hope the sim owner/previous owner is decent enough to give you the land :(.

A slight correction, for clarification purposes:
When you buy a land set for sale, the land ownership changes automatically to you. The estate owner need not do anything. It sounds like yet another of the multiple issues we've had lately in SL.

Yes, it was mainland.

It should have changed ownership automatically but didn't :| Technical issues.. ..

At the moment iam trying to contact the previous owner, but she doesn't respond :|

I've got told that it's now a problem between me and the previous owner.
I don't understand why the customer support doesn't care for me :/

I have had this happen on mainland as well. Contact Concierge and they can take care of it immediately.
