Live Help/Help Request has been discontinued for a few months now (http://blog.secondlife.com/2007/04/10/change-to-help-request-feature-launching-in-beta-grid/).
You'll have to use the Support Portal (http://blog.secondlife.com/2007/05/21/coming-your-way-soon-new-support-portal-update/) which you can access at http://secondlife.com/support/ (towards the bottom). |
