I have created a group called Tenkwear about a month ago in the process of creating a second life based company. A day later, I find that...
1. I'm no longer part of the group called Tenkwear
2. Tenkwear no longer seems to exist.
Thinking that it might have completely dissapeared from linden labs servers, I made an attempt today to re-create the group.This is where I had problems.
According to the group creation process, my group already exists. According to Secondlife Clients group search and my list of groups I'm a part of, it doesn't exist.
So I have a few questions I'd like to ask.
1. Where did my l$100 go in creating the Tenkwear group?
2. If it really does exist on linden labs servers, may I please see it once again as a part of my groups?

groups are disbanded after ~48 hours if the group consists of 1 member, groups have to have 2 ppl in it to remain active
the group is still in the database (beats me why not just deleted) wich u could try to get back with an support ticket asking for the group name to be released again
last option would be a different group name
the L$100 went to the LL donation box wich won`t be refunded

If what you said is true, what kind of a ticket can I ask for? I use a basic account meaning my options are limited to ... They won't reinstate groups, unless the group happened to have land deeded to it or had an active balance (and even in those cases I think they just return the land or the L$, but not the group). You'll have to create a new group, with a different name, sorry . |
